Terms of Service

Effective March 25, 2026. These terms govern access to YangaApp and related services.

Using the service

You agree to provide accurate information, use YangaApp lawfully, and avoid deceptive, abusive, or fraudulent behavior when using market reports, marketplace listings, messaging, and transport tools.

Listings and submissions

Users remain responsible for the accuracy of submitted prices, listings, and communication. YangaApp may moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates platform rules or harms users.

Transactions

Transactions, deliveries, pricing decisions, and third-party commitments remain the responsibility of the participating users. YangaApp provides tools and information but does not guarantee third-party performance.

Account actions

We may suspend or remove accounts involved in abuse, fraud, manipulation, or serious policy violations. Users can request account deletion through the app or the public account deletion page.
